Summer Concert Series Has Begun

Live on Second is a series of free concerts held at the Carnegie Library of Hazelwood, culminating in a finale at the Gladstone School Building on July 27.

The Live On Second concert series will feature campers from elementary to high school age showcasing their skills with musical instruments, singing, beatmaking, rapping, spoken word poetry, and even drumming on buckets! Parents and community members will get to see the fruit of our students' efforts, as the concerts will feature classic songs as well as new songs written by campers themselves. In addition to music from campers, Live On Second also features partner organizations such as Storymobile, Jada House, Primary Care Health Services, and Let's Move Pittsburgh. Live on Second occurs at the Hazelwood branch of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh every Thursday in July at 6pm, culminating in a finale concert on July 27th at the Gladstone School Building. Come join us!
